Rate Policies
Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is before 10:00 AM.
•Rates do not include taxes (6% state and 4.5% city).
•Weekend rates apply to Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Holiday weekends, and special holidays may require a 3 night minimum stay.
•Mulitple night reservations may be required.
•Security deposit may be required. 1/3 deposit is required to confirm a reservation, balance is due upon arrival.
•Reservations are subject to Management approval.
•Rates valid for advance reservations only, walk-in rates may vary considerably.
•Children 12 and under stay free in room with parents.
Additional person $10 per night.
•No refunds after check-in, early departures or inclement weather.
•Cash, Visa, Master Card are accepted at check-in.
No personal checks accepted at check-in. Confirmation of your reservation is upon receipt.We don’t accept third party credit cards (the person’s name who is on the credit card must be present at check-in with valid photo ID).
•Deposit is refundable only if cancellation occurs 4 weeks before arrival and the apartment is re-rented for the full amount. Deposit holds room until 8 P.M on check-in date. If not noted for late arrival, reservation will be cancelled and deposit forfeited. Please advise of late arrivals in advance.
•All units are non-smoking, however smoking is permitted outdoors on your private balcony.

We offer comfortable oceanfront/oceanview and non-oceanfront accommodations and gracious service at prices to fit your budget. Three seperate properties located in the heart of Downtown Ocean City, Maryland just steps to the beach and Boardwalk offer one, two, three, and four bedroom apartments, all reasonably priced for any family and group vacations.
Nock Apartments
Located within steps from the beach, this Ocean City, Maryland hotel features rooms with private balconies. The Boardwalk is 2 minutes’ walk away.
Each apartment at the Nock Apartments features a kitchen and a living area with a sofa bed. They are decorated in bright colors and also offer cable TV with extended channels.
Parking is also available.
The Ocean City Pier Rides are 15 minutes’ walk from the apartments. Jolly Roger Amusement Park is 2 miles away.
Sea Sands Apartments

Boardwalk Terrace
Just steps from the and boardwalk, this oceanfront apartment offers fully furnished apartments equipped with a living area and a full kitchen. Jolly Roger Amusement Park is 2 mi away.
An ocean view along with a private balcony is offered in each furnished room at Boardwalk Terrace Ocean City. A television is also included. A fully equipped kitchen features a hob, microwave, and refrigerator. A dining area is also included.
Laundry facilities are available for guests along with vending machines that offer snacks.
