Here are answers to some of our guest’s most frequently asked questions.
What time is Check In and Check Out?
Check In: 3:00 PM and Check Out: 10:00 AM. If you arrive early we can give you parking passes, access to our changing room, outdoor showers, restrooms and a call alert. If your Apartment becomes ready prior to 3:00 PM, you will be notified and we can check you in early. Late checkouts are subject to availability on your departure date.
How many parking spaces do I receive?
All apartments are equipped with 1 parking space with the exception of the 3 bedroom Apartments. There is nearby free street parking for additional vehicles.
Does your Apartments allow pets?
YES! Your pets are welcome for a small fee $20 per night per pet. Number and size of pet(s) vary per apartment. Please call the offic
Does your Apartments allow smoking?
Does your Apartments allow smoking? Our Apartments are 100% Non-Smoking, those guests whom are caught smoking inside of the apartments will be charged a $250.00 smoking fee.
Do you have an elevator?
No, we don’t have access to elevators.
Do you have access to Wi-Fi?
There is a Wi-Fi center at the front porch of the office!
When and where does check-in take place?
The office is located at 608 N Baltimore Ave, first floor. Check in time is from 3:00 P.M. to 12:00 A.M. No check in allowed after 12:00 A.M.
How many TV’s are in the apartment?
There is one flat screen TV in the living room with a Dish Network cable package.
What is your deposit policy?
A deposit will be charged at the time of booking, totaling the first night room and tax.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and Cash. No 3rd party credit cards accepted, guest that are checking in must have their own credit card and valid photo ID.
What is your cancellation policy?
One night deposit will be forfeited if you cancel the reservation 15 days prior to the arrival. If you cancel before the 15 day period the charge is $75.
Can I stay at your property if I am 18 years old?
Yes, we are happy to rent to anyone over the age of 18, as well as minors with parental consent. Any guest under the age of 30 will be subject to an additional security deposit. The security deposit will be refundable, provided there are no damages, incidentals, or evictions.
Are linens and toiletries provided at your apartments?
Linens partially provided. (Fitted sheets, pillow cases, bed spread and pillows are provided. You have to bring your own top sheets, covers, towels, and toiletries.
Do you have a fully equipped kitchen?
Yes, we have fully equipped kitchens with: big size refrigerator, microwave, four burner stove with oven, coffee maker, toaster, utensils, pots and pans, but no dish-washer.
Do the apartments have a balcony and porch?
Yes all the apartments have either a balcony or porch.
Do you have a pool onsite?
Sorry we don’t have a pool.
Do you allow BBQ at your establishment?
Sorry, BBQ is not allowed because of fire hazards.
