Policies

Please review our important guest policies.

  • Check-In is after 3:00 PM and Check-Out is before 10:00 AM
  • All rates are subject to 11% tax (6% MD, 5% County) and 4% service fee 
  • We recommend you make your reservations early as our units sell out quickly
  • Children 12 and under stay free in room with parents when using existing beds
  • Each additional person is $20.00 per person per night or $100 per person per week
  • Weekend consists of Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
  • Holiday Weekends & Special Holidays may require a 3-night minimum stay
  • A single nights deposit is required to confirm a reservation, balance is due before or upon arrival
  • Reservations are subject to Management Approval
  • Rates valid for advance reservations only, walk-in rates may vary considerably
  • Cancellation policy is up to 15 days prior to check-in.
  • First night is non-refundable if the reservation is not canceled 15 days prior to check-in.
  • Cancellation fees ($75)
  • No Refunds after Check-In, Early Departures, or Inclement Weather
  • No Personal Checks accepted at Check-In
  • Checks or Money Orders accepted for deposit only 3 weeks prior to your scheduled arrival date
  • Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express are accepted at Check-In. Extra fees apply for credit card use
  • Deposits for cancelled reservations are refunded in the form in which they are taken
  • Security Deposit required for guests under 30 years old
  • We do not accept third party credit cards
  • The person’s name who is on the credit card must be present at Check-In with valid photo ID
  • Dogs are welcome in designated Apartments only
  • Number and size of pet(s)vary per apartment
  • Please call directly if you require a pet friendly apartment as these apartments cannot always be booked online
  • Pet fee is $20.00 and up per pet, per night, depending on your dog size
  • Up to 2 pets only
  • Pets are never allowed in a non-pet friendly apartment
  • Pets found in a non-pet apartment will result in an additional charge of up to $250.00
  • You’ll be responsible for any and all damages to the apartment
  • If you have a furry friend other than a dog, please call the office to discuss
  • Pets may NOT be left unattended in the apartment at any time
  • Please bring baggies to clean up after your pets! We respect all other guests and don’t want messy accidents
  • All dogs, regardless of size or breed, must be on a leash while on apartment grounds.
  • We cannot allow you and your pet to stay if there is a pest problem in the room
  • A $100 fogging charge will be added to your bill if fleas are found in the apartment
  • As the pet owner, you assume all responsibility for your dog, its actions, as well as the contents of your room
